Description of the Project/Content of the Contract: The Project supports the City of Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province in China, to expand the capacity and reach of its urban public transport network. Phase I of Metro Line 2 is scheduled to commence revenue operation before the end of 2022. KfW provides financing through a Promotional Loan of up to EUR 200 million.
项目/合同内容描述：项目支持中国甘肃市省会兰州市，以扩大其城市公共交通网的能力与实现。地铁二号线一期的计划是在2022年年底之前开始创收运营。KFW为项目提供一笔2亿欧元的促进贷款资金。
The Implementation Monitoring Consultant (IMC) shall, jointly with the national construction supervision consultant(s), take the role of the FIDIC Engineer according to the FIDIC Yellow Book Clause 3. The IMC’s primary task is to proactively monitor the execution of the equipment contracts for their compliance with (i) KfW’s "Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services, Works, Plant, Goods and Non-Consulting Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries" and (ii) the Environmental and Social Standards (ESS) of the World Bank.
实施监测顾问（IMC）应与国内建设监理顾问根据《FIDIC黄皮书》第3条的规定共同担任FIDIC工程师。IMC的主要任务是积极监测设备合同的执行情况，以确保其符合（i）KfW“与合作伙伴国进行财政合作的咨询服务、工程、设备、货物和非咨询服务采购指南”；及（ii）世界银行的环境和社会标准（ESS）。
